Westcombe Park is a new village-style community in Essex, developed by Countryside Partnerships.

The Problem

Westcombe Park has a unique brand identity, reflecting the site’s strong connection with nature. Countryside needed a way to raise interest in this brand new development and ensure marketing materials encapsulate everything it has to offer – meeting the needs of modern lifestyles whilst offering a family-friendly, garden suburb location.

The Solution

The best way to drive property sales is to make it easy for buyers to imagine living at a development. We began by creating CGIs to tell the story of the community to deliver this for Westcombe Park. The CGIs go beyond imagery of the new homes, painting the lifestyle picture by including the open green spaces, residents in-situ and areas filled with nature. This approach allowed us to highlight everything Westcombe Park has to offer and to really sell the modern family lifestyle.

Westcombe Park is a space where the public and wildlife can enjoy nature together. To demonstrate this, we produced an introductory video to the development, as well as a beautiful new printed brochure. Design elements such as soft lines, handwritten fonts and a neutral, earthy colour palette reflect a strong natural feeling. The CGIs are also included to add to the story of Westcombe Park and to build an emotional connection with potential purchasers.
