Using 3D floorplans to bring premium housetypes to life
The Problem
Countryside wanted to highlight their range of high specification four and five bedroom homes available at developments throughout Essex to potential purchasers.
The Solution
Working closely with the Countryside team, we began by commissioning and managing through the creation of a series of detailed 3D floorplans for each housetype to bring the space in the homes to life.
We created a suite of clean and contemporary housetype specific inserts to showcase the main features of the homes alongside showhome photography.
These were housed in a premium A4+ folder complete with foiling, packaged as The Platinum Collection.
