Navigating Success

Creating a brand strategy and identity that redefine this historic school.

The Problem

The Royal Hospital School has a proud Naval history, but how does this become relevant to parents and pupils in the world today?

The Solution

Following an in-depth consultation process where we interviewed teachers, parents, pupils and ex-pupils and other interested stakeholders we landed on a proposition of ‘Navigating Success’. This encapsulated the positioning territory of ‘helping individuals find what they are good at’.

In collaboration with the project steering committee, we developed a simplified logo, and a fresh brand identity that presents a more modern, forward-looking school. The Naval influence is always there, but this now takes a more secondary role.

The new brand has been rolled out across all channels and collateral, presenting the school in a fresh light, whilst differentiating them against their many competitors.
