Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV) is a popular London property development by Countryside Partnerships and Taylor Wimpey that’s been growing for almost 25 years.
GMV has been described as one of the most exciting and innovative residential neighbourhoods in Europe. Comprising high-specification homes, green open spaces, community facilities and offering easy access to popular London areas, we worked with Countryside to launch the new phase at the development – Western Plaza. The phase brochure needed to communicate sophistication, including content that inspires the audience to register their interest and book a viewing.
We have worked with the team at Countryside to create the name and brand identity for the new phase, before bringing this to life across a set of three premium floorplan brochures.
All homes at the development also benefit from wider facilities available at GMV. Each brochure highlights these and brings together the key features of GMV, reflecting our positioning territory of ‘village life in the city’. This includes a range of collateral - from property CGIs to maps of the local area, detailed specification sheets to floorplans, as well as a collection of eye-catching imagery to bring each property to life.
To support the launch of the new phase, we designed, printed and organised distribution of the mailer for the exclusive 'residents only' launch event
