The Problem
Dymax requires a website that focuses on the need of their customers. A site which identifies individual problems and quickly provides a solution. The content of the site also required consolidation, the previous site had become overwhelming with a collection of outdated information and valuable content had been lost within many layers of the site.
The Solution
Our user-centric approach to the design and development of this website included the facilitation of a number of different workshops with various Dymax departments, enabling us to gather practical feedback from key stakeholders within the business.
The insight gained helped us to tackle the information hierarchy of this vast site. And, we were then able to generate the Information Architecture (IA) that ensured Dymax’s customers were able to intuitively find the information they required, no matter how they entered the site.
From there, we concentrated on creating a site that was digestible, informative and modern in its look and feel. We also ensured that Dymax communicated a position as experts in their field and this was amplified by the design and development of a bespoke Product Finder. This highly effective tool takes the user through a series of questions that filters through 1000s of products and provides the user with their recommended solutions.
