The Problem

Countryside wanted to showcase their range of developments across Essex, as well as using case studies from buyers at the developments to bring to life real people’s experiences of buying a new home with Countryside.


The Solution

Leaning into high-end lifestyle magazine layouts, we paginated the ‘Countryside Stories’ magazine that brought together first-hand perspectives from previous purchasers, alongside photography that showed off the homes and their impressive specifications.

We dedicated a spread to highlight the locations of various Countryside developments across Essex, which was followed by a spread per development detailing the key features of each, their connectivity to Essex and beyond and, crucially, the very latest availability, as well as details of plot specific incentives.

Printed as a glossy magazine, Countryside Stories brings to life the experiences of real buyers, giving those looking to relocate to a new build development the confidence to move forward.
