A bright digital future for ALEO

As part of the Dymax group, ALEO manufactures and supplies light engines for a variety of manufacturers across the world.

The Problem

ALEO had recently refreshed their brand and required a new website to reflect the new identity. With tough global competition and new companies frequently entering the market, ALEO needed a way to clearly showcase their equipment, demonstrate their expertise along with their innovative approach, and highlight the benefits of choosing their products specifically.


The Solution

Working to a supplied sitemap, we created initial wireframes to determine page hierarchy and key components for development. Some components from other websites in the Dymax portfolio already worked well. Using a mixture of these and new elements, we were confident that the new page structure would enhance the overall user experience. Once the wireframes were agreed, our studio team created engaging page designs with careful consideration to the ALEO brand guidelines.

The website development phase was handled by an external agency, which meant it was important for us to brief the development team accurately and provide them with a specification to translate our designs into build. To aid this process, we produced annotated visuals, key stylesheets and a specification for the team to follow.

The new website brings ALEO’s digital profile up to date, promotes their products clearly and gives them a platform to drive traffic to learn more about their brand.
