Delivering a heroic new brand and website for an internationally renowned business.

The Problem

SEACOR Holdings is a public company operating in the transportation and logistics business. Their family of businesses delivers outstanding service and we wanted this to be communicated by each of their brands across all channels through a new brand strategy and identity. For the past 30+ years, SEACOR Holdings has acquired the capacity and operational expertise to tailor logistics solutions and deliver wherever their customers need them. We were also commissioned to create a new website to reflect their updated brand positioning, and to represent how the companies sit as part of the SEACOR Family.


The Solution

Starting with their employees and customers, we conducted in-depth interviews across all of the brands to gain an understanding of what people thought of SEACOR Holdings and the relationship they enjoy with them. 

Using this insight, we worked with each of the brands, facilitating a series of creative workshops. Through this activity, we established that all of their brands were consistent with a hero-archetype. So, our new brand positioning needed to portray this across all of their companies through; tone of voice, imagery and identity.

Through our user-centric approach to web development, we then started to form an in-depth understanding of the needs of the business, its clients and their audiences. We started with the IA, page flows, UX and interactive design to ensure that all the information was in the right place for the right people. The new fully responsive site has been launched and enables SEACOR real stand out within its market.
