COUNTRY LIVING AT ITS FINEST

Positioning a new rural development to attract potential purchasers

The Problem

Countryside needed to position Monarch Oaks as a definitive collection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes on the eastern edge of picturesque village Goff's Oak in Hertfordshire.

The Solution

After conducting desk research on the local area’s history, as well as common flora and fauna, we created the name Monarch Oaks – relating to the type of oak tree found nearby and chosen for its regal feel to reflect the quality of the homes being built by Countryside.

A clean, contemporary and confident logo mark was designed, before we worked through the design of seven different housetype brochures, alongside a site plan insert and specification. A key component of these was a suite of high quality CGIs which we commissioned and managed through to completion.

For The Whitebeam, one of the development’s five-bedroom housetypes, we also developed a longer form standalone brochure showcasing the property’s key features and benefits to buyers.
