The Problem

Wolsey Park sits on the edge of Rayleigh with views over the rolling Essex countryside. Created by Countryside, Wolsey Park features ample green open space for sport and recreation, has great amenities on the doorstep and is ideally positioned for commuters with a mainline train station nearby. After working on the brand positioning and look and feel for the development, we worked on a brochure, including CGIs, to help buyers visualise the new community. Most importantly, they needed to represent a place where people could immediately see themselves at home.

The Solution

A library of lifestyle-led CGIs was created to bring the vision of Wolsey Park to life. These allowed us to tell the story of the development – showing buyers the lifestyle they could enjoy at Wolsey Park.

Working with construction documents, preliminary plans and material schedules, we visualised the wonderful setting, modern yet village-style community and high-quality architectural design throughout the development. Approximately 48% of the Wolsey Park development will form a variety of green spaces. It was important for the CGIs to include these areas, too – showing residents they can enjoy a healthy lifestyle as well as a relaxing outlook from their home.

The CGIs have been used across digital and offline channels and have helped prospective buyers to see what life could really be like at Wolsey Park.
