Account Manager Suffolk

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager and is perfect for an Account Executive looking to make their first move into an Account Manager role, or an Account Manager with a year or two of experience looking to join a dynamic agency to gain industry experience. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects, and managing project budgets. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, tenacious, quick to learn and ready to roll their sleeves up and work hands on with our clients and team. This role is based in Ipswich with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks
  • Experience in account management and client relationship management
  • Marketing experience and understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Experience in project management and managing project budgets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Experience in the creative industry and agency experience is a plus
