US Digital Marketing Manager New York

This exciting new role means you would be responsible for leading and managing all things digital, including building digital marketing strategies and ensuring delivery of digital marketing services for US based clients.

The role of US Digital Marketing Manager will be based in the US and report to the Managing Partner & Vice - President Americas but the US location is flexible.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely and collaborate with the Account Management and Creative team
  • Leading initial prospect meetings to establish their digital marketing requirements
  • Presenting proposals and recommendations that excite and inspire prospective clients
  • Evaluating emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Helping clients with adopting best practices
  • Devising a digital marketing strategy and then manage the plan and tactics to promote the Jacob Bailey brand
  • Increasing visits to our website and contact enquiries.
  • Ensuring that we adopt best practice across all of our own digital marketing activity
  • Identifying quick wins that can make an immediate difference
  • Creating content in-line with our brand personality and tone of voice
  • Ensuring active leadership that encourages team members to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Developing and sharing knowledge on an ongoing basis of developments in SEO, paid search, display, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social, Conversion Optimization, website design, inbound marketing and other key, relevant channels
  • Building strong relationships with all members of the US team, offering support and guidance on all things digital marketing Overseeing the implementation of client digital marketing projects in-line with our i5 approach.
  • Maintaining a robust internal process with regular reporting of all client programs.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
  • Measuring and analyzing key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement and proving return on investment and attribution.
  • Identify trends and insights, then optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
  • Assessing end-to-end customer experience across diverse channels.
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
  • Manage and ensure that external partners follow best practices and maintain the standards that we would expect

Digital Marketing Account Manager Suffolk

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a real passion for digital marketing, looking to take the next step in their career. As Digital Marketing Account Manager you will; develop, implement, track, and optimise marketing campaigns across all digital channels for a variety of clients.

You will work hand-in-hand with our account management, development and creative teams to launch and manage campaigns on time and on budget.

You will also have a key role to play in helping to win new clients and launching websites and digital projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, and display advertising
  • Develop social media strategies for clients and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales
  • Handle the SEO set-up and integration for new website launches for Jacob Bailey UK
  • Identify trends and optimise spend and performance based on those insights
  • Plan and execute testing to measure conversion
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. And provide thought leadership on the benefits, where appropriate
  • Use knowledge of the customer journey to provide insightful data and actionable campaign suggestions to support all channels (paid, SEO, email, content etc)
  • Utilise the HubSpot and Social Bakers software platforms for internal Jacob Bailey use and on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital projects and assist with new business opportunities including performance of the Jacobbailey.com website
  • Build strong relationships across Jacob Bailey UK and be available to the wider team, offering support and guidance on all things digital marketing
  • Ensure the implementation of client digital marketing projects is in-line with our i5 approach
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals which you have helped set (ROI and KPIs)
  • Prepare and present campaign plans and reports to clients and senior management, providing actionable insights.
  • Provide sensible guidance on how much time you require to complete projects or tasks

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF...

  • You appreciate that a great front-end developer should master the foundations of the web. You’ll have a strong background writing HTML, CSS and Javascript.
  • You’re genuinely passionate about crafting great user experiences with a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.
  • You’ve used SCSS/SASS or another similar CSS pre-processor.
  • You’re comfortable using jQuery. You’ll also have a grounding with or have a willingness to learn a Javascript-based UI framework such as Vue or React.
  • You’ve worked with or alongside PHP and MySQL and/or PHP-based templating frameworks such as Twig or Blade.
  • You’ve built websites and web-applications that use a content management system.

IT WOULD BE GREAT, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL, IF...

  • You’ve built websites and web apps with Craft CMS (you’d get lots of kudos for having used our CMS of choice).
  • You’ve used virtual/local servers such as Homestead, Docker or MAMP. You may have also worked with server-level technology like Ubuntu and NGINX.
  • You’re comfortable using/coding in PHP, Laravel or Yii.
  • You’ve worked with AWS to manage the lifecycle of applications incl. CI/CD pipelines, hosting, storage and CDN’s.
  • You’re familiar with Invision for design to developer handover.
  • You’ve built progressive web apps.
  • You’re worked as part of an agile team, using tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Trello for documentation and task-management.
