As a result of several exciting national and international client wins, we’re seeking a ‘Senior Digital Marketing Manager’ to further grow our Digital Marketing team.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be able to apply their experience and knowledge of a wide range of different facets of digital marketing to the needs and requirements of our clients.

You will have a proven track record and multiple case studies, demonstrating impressive results as a result of the activity that you have implemented. You will have 5+ years' experience either client side or within an agency, being equally adept at presenting ideas to clients as you would be undertaking the work itself. You will be able to help our clients find the right digital marketing solution by possessing a broad knowledge of the solutions available, but with a devoted area of expertise. This role would be perfect for someone already in a Marketing Consultant role or a specialist in a particular area (SEO, paid media etc) who wants to move into a broader marketing role.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of digital experts, who report into the Senior Digital Strategist and Managing Partner responsible for client strategy. The work would span both UK and international clients (international travel may occasionally be required).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide digital strategy and user experience expertise for clients and internal teams.
  • Perform detailed research into our clients, their industry, their existing digital marketing campaigns and competitors across multiple markets
  • Identify opportunities for clients to use digital technology to enhance their overall marketing mix
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing leadership and support during strategy, development and execution
  • Support the Digital Marketing team with research, analysis, recommendations and reporting in related areas
  • Structure and present recommendations to clients
  • Proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted, in a timely fashion, to meet all relevant requirements
  • Possess a desire to keep up with the ever-changing developments across the digital marketing landscape, particularly focusing on: SEO, paid search, display, email, social and CRO and share insights within the team

We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented “Paid Search and Social Media Manager” to implement and evolve our global clients digital marketing strategies. You’ll create strategies and content that achieves strong ROI through creating lead generation plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB ROLE

  • Managing and implementing successful search engine paid campaigns using PPC activity to maximise the delivery of high-quality site traffic

  • Produce clear daily/weekly/monthly reports to provide compelling insights and action orientated recommendations. Activate daily maintenance and monitoring of campaigns to improve overall account performance

  • Working closely with the agency with a hands-on account approach to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes

  • Optimising campaigns using a combination of automated strategies and data driven amendments to improve revenue and ROAS.

  • Competitor research to develop detailed analysis of market share and help devise tactical bidding responses accordingly.

  • Deliver insights using Google Analytics and detailed reports from a variety of data sources to build business cases and change programs and turn data into actions.

  • Conducting experiments to produce data driven results with the goal to improve CPA's

  • Produce and deliver forecast plans by campaign on an annual basis across your channels and deliver the commercial targets.

  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop paid social campaigns that deliver strong ROI

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    The ideal candidate for this Paid Search and Social Media Manager role will have extensive PPC experience with global coverage and multi million pound budgets. You will have strong agency experience and have a hands-on approach to driving the best outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/expertise:

Due to several client wins, both nationally and internationally, we have an exciting brand-new position for an experienced Head of SEO/Search Specialist to join our award-winning team in Ipswich.


Why this role matters

We’re looking for someone who possesses an analytical mind and has the ability to really scrutinise the performance and technical underpinnings of client websites.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience either client side or within an agency. We’re seeking an individual with applied experience in paid and organic search marketing, to support and enhance the skillset that already resides within our Digital Team.

We’re looking for someone who is able to help our clients find the right digital marketing solution, not the easy one, and that’s why we believe that the best digital marketers have a broad knowledge of what’s possible across the digital marketing spectrum, with a devoted area of particular expertise. A candidate who has already worked in a senior search marketing role would be an ideal fit.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of digital experts, who report into the Senior Digital Strategist and Managing Partner responsible for client strategy.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring they are kept up to date on changes and progress within their campaigns, whilst dealing with any queries that arise

  • Have a good knowledge of clients’ objectives and confidently demonstrate ROI
  • Monitor and understand clients’ markets and their environments, commenting on how market changes impact their business, as well as keeping up to date with competitor activity

Person Requirements

Full-stack Developer Suffolk

We’re seeking a Full-stack Developer to work as part of our Features & Enhancements team responsible for our growing portfolio of serviced, hosted and maintained websites. We’re looking for a developer with serious care and attention to detail. They should be a PHP developer, with a working knowledge of Laravel, Craft CMS and WordPress, knowledge of VueJS and/or React Native would be an additional bonus. We’re looking for candidates who take pride in maintaining bug free sites and apps, with at least 3+ years development experience.*

The Full-stack Developer will work with the Service Digital Project Manager and Senior Full-stack Developer to implement features and functionality updates as requested by clients, and maintain a rolling program of site audits and code tests.

Minimum requirements

  • PHP and Laravel experience
