Group Marketing Executive Suffolk £18,000-£22,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join our internal team as a Group Marketing Executive.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the main objective of this role is to support the internal marketing of the JBG brands; JB UK, JB US, 032 and DestinationCore.

In this role you will be managing our brand across all touchpoints internally and externally. The Group Marketing Executive should be a driving force behind our brand promise of; delivering brilliant experiences and amplifying our values - Honest, Together, Brilliant and Adventurous.

We offer a hybrid working approach - with a blend of home working and office working to suit each individual on either a part or full-time basis.

Within the role you will be expected to:

+ Work with the Group Marketing Manager to devise and document internal marketing strategies.

+ Implement agreed campaign activity across all channels and touchpoints.

+ Where appropriate, support the pitch/tender process

+ Assist with the production of relevant credentials documents and presentations

+ Assist with proposal and tender submissions

+ Create and distribution of internal communications

+ Make best use of client and prospect data, via our existing CRM platform, HubSpot.

+ Devise and create content for internal social media channels for all Group brands.

+ Support the new business efforts across the Group where required

+ Drive the implementation of SEO activity to ensure continue digital growth and improve rankings.

+ Produce and monitor accurate new business pipeline information


We're looking for someone who has:

+ Ideally a marketing or communications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

+ Working knowledge of: delivering best practice e-marketing campaigns (via MailChimp and HubSpot) and maintaining websites (using Craft CMS); digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media and Google Analytics; content creation – working across both traditional media and digital platforms.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

+ Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage, budget and report on targets

+ Ability to co-ordinate and time-plan projects across multiple stakeholders, suppliers and resources.
