We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented “Paid Search and Social Media Manager” to implement and evolve our global clients digital marketing strategies. You’ll create strategies and content that achieves strong ROI through creating lead generation plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB ROLE

  • Managing and implementing successful search engine paid campaigns using PPC activity to maximise the delivery of high-quality site traffic

  • Produce clear daily/weekly/monthly reports to provide compelling insights and action orientated recommendations. Activate daily maintenance and monitoring of campaigns to improve overall account performance

  • Working closely with the agency with a hands-on account approach to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes

  • Optimising campaigns using a combination of automated strategies and data driven amendments to improve revenue and ROAS.

  • Competitor research to develop detailed analysis of market share and help devise tactical bidding responses accordingly.

  • Deliver insights using Google Analytics and detailed reports from a variety of data sources to build business cases and change programs and turn data into actions.

  • Conducting experiments to produce data driven results with the goal to improve CPA's

  • Produce and deliver forecast plans by campaign on an annual basis across your channels and deliver the commercial targets.

  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop paid social campaigns that deliver strong ROI

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    The ideal candidate for this Paid Search and Social Media Manager role will have extensive PPC experience with global coverage and multi million pound budgets. You will have strong agency experience and have a hands-on approach to driving the best outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/expertise:

  • Strong paid search experience with good business acumen

Full-stack Developer Suffolk

We’re seeking a Full-stack Developer to work as part of our Features & Enhancements team responsible for our growing portfolio of serviced, hosted and maintained websites. We’re looking for a developer with serious care and attention to detail. They should be a PHP developer, with a working knowledge of Laravel, Craft CMS and WordPress, knowledge of VueJS and/or React Native would be an additional bonus. We’re looking for candidates who take pride in maintaining bug free sites and apps, with at least 3+ years development experience.*

The Full-stack Developer will work with the Service Digital Project Manager and Senior Full-stack Developer to implement features and functionality updates as requested by clients, and maintain a rolling program of site audits and code tests.

Minimum requirements

  • PHP and Laravel experience
  • Craft and/or WordPress experience
  • Front and back-end code experience
  • Email design and build experience
