Crest Nicholson's Kaleidoscope is a development of more than 300 new homes in the historic city of Cambridge.

The Problem

With its rich heritage and academic connections, Cambridge is one of the UK’s hotspots. Competition for new build properties is intense so Crest Nicholson needed the Kaleidoscope brand to help them really stand out from the crowd.

The Solution

So how did we come up with this name? Quite simply, our creative team believed that the colourful, circular architecture of the buildings resembled a Kaleidoscope and this provided the inspiration for our designs.

At every touchpoint, the feeling of boutique quality was accentuated through beautifully produced literature, reinforcing Kaleidoscope’s brand positioning.

We also helped Crest to take the development to market in the Far East where it has received significant investment.
