A stylish development of contemporary new homes in rural Suffolk
The Problem
The Elms is a collection of two-bedroom apartments and two to five-bedroom homes in a rural mid-Suffolk village location. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and countryside walks, it benefits from great transport connections and amenities on the doorstep. We were asked to design the brochure for the development on behalf of our client, Hopkins Homes.
The Solution
After crafting the copy for inclusion and following the agreed Hopkins Homes design template, we set about bringing the host brochure to life, combining imagery of the local area with copy that conveys the benefits of these energy efficient, stylish homes.
We also managed the complete print process, with finishings to include a die cut cover.
