American Elevator Group (AEG) brings together a national network of the best independent companies. All their team members share a commitment to quality, safety and performance.

The Problem

AEG aimed to compete directly with the ‘big 4’ elevator companies in the US and wanted to communicate with its audiences in a way that differentiated them from their competitors.

The Solution

Working closely with the AEG team and applying our i5 approach, we established a new brand positioning – Experience More – and created a full visual identity for AEG that provided genuine standout.

We then turned our attention to the website and, following our user centric approach, delivered an intuitive information architecture that puts user experience first. We also developed an integration with AEG’s CRM and marketing automation software so that they can better understand customers’ future needs.
